Ocular Angiography

Fluorescein Angiography is a dye test that illuminates the blood vessels within the eye, allowing detection of diabetic, macular and vascular diseases of the eye. With this information, your ophthalmologist can determine the appropriate treatment for your particular condition. It is commonly used for diabetic, macular degeneration, and vascular disorders inside the eye. This test requires pupillary dilation and digital images of the structures within the eye.
