| Dr.
Langley joined St Lucie Eye Associates in 1990. Dr. Langley
completed his undergraduate training at the Florida State
University, as well as his Medical School training. This
was followed by internship at the University Hospital
in Jacksonville. Seeking to broaden his exposure to Ophthalmology,
Dr. Langley went on to a research fellowship in Ophthalmic
Pathology and Intraocular Lenses. A residency at the University
of Tennessee in Chattanooga was then completed.
Dr.
Langley is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology
and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr.
Langley is a comprehensive ophthalmologist, with emphasis
on phacoemulsification cataract surgery, and lens implantation.
In addition, he performs oculoplastic surgery and most
forms of ophthalmic laser surgery.
Dr
Langley has been trained as a refractive surgeon, and
at present evaluates patients for laser vision correction,
and works closely with area refractive specialists to
provide his patients with the most up to date procedures
and technology.
His
care and concern for his patients is unsurpassed, as
his loyal patient following will attest. When not in
the office, Dr. Langley is an exceptional golfer, and
avid sportfisherman.
